1. Who We Are
VennAura is operated by VennAura (Wyoming LLC). Our primary contact is aura@vennaura.com. These Terms apply to all use of the VennAura platform, including the Phase 1 concierge service and the Phase 2 full application.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older. This is a hard requirement enforced server-side.
- You must be a real person — no bots, no automated accounts, no fake identities
- You must provide accurate information in your application and depth profile
- You must complete identity verification before your account is activated
- One account per person — multiple accounts are grounds for immediate permanent termination
3. What VennAura Provides
VennAura provides:
- A curated introduction service — human-managed in Phase 1, algorithm-assisted in Phase 2
- A depth profile system for expressing who you are and what you're building toward
- Membership-tier access to events, coaching, and community resources
- Identity verification infrastructure to ensure you know who you're meeting
VennAura does not guarantee any specific number of introductions, that any introduction will result in a relationship, or that any particular match will be made. We curate for resonance — outcomes are shaped by many factors beyond our control.
4. Member Conduct
As a VennAura member, you agree to:
- Interact with other members with respect and good faith
- Be honest in your profile and in all communications
- Treat every introduction as an introduction to a whole person — not a catalogue item
- Not share other members' personal information outside of VennAura without their explicit consent
- Not use VennAura for commercial purposes, solicitation, or any purpose other than genuine connection
- Report any safety concerns promptly to safety@vennaura.com
Prohibited Conduct
Grounds for immediate account termination without refund:
- Misrepresentation of identity, age, or relationship status
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward any member
- Sharing another member's profile information, photos, or contact details without consent
- Creating multiple accounts or circumventing a ban
- Using the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or fraud
- Any behaviour that VennAura determines in good faith poses a safety risk to members
5. Membership and Payment
- Membership fees are charged monthly or annually as selected at signup
- Payments are processed by Stripe. VennAura does not store card details
- Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
- Annual memberships are non-refundable but may be paused for up to 3 months with written request
- VennAura founding cohort pricing is locked for members who join during Phase 1 and maintain continuous membership
- VennAura reserves the right to change pricing for new members with 30 days' notice
6. Introductions
- Introductions are curated at VennAura's discretion, based on our assessment of resonance
- No contact information is shared until both parties explicitly accept an introduction
- You may decline any introduction without explanation or penalty
- Accepted introductions constitute consent for the other member to contact you via the method shared
- VennAura is not responsible for the conduct of members after introductions are made
7. Termination
VennAura may terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. For non-safety violations, we will provide notice before termination where possible. For safety violations, termination is immediate and permanent.

8. Intellectual Property
The VennAura brand, including the Deep Neon symbol, Platinum Seam variant, "VennAura" wordmark, taglines, and all platform content is the property of VennAura (Wyoming LLC). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these assets without written permission.
Content you submit to your profile (photos, depth profile text) remains yours. You grant VennAura a limited licence to display this content to facilitate the matching process.
9. Limitation of Liability
VennAura provides a curation service. We are not responsible for the conduct of members outside the platform, the outcomes of introductions, or any harm arising from meetings arranged through the platform. We take reasonable steps to verify identity and maintain safety — but we cannot guarantee the conduct of individual members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VennAura's liability is limited to the amount you paid in membership fees in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver applies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you by email of any material changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
